** Today is the day **
OK....this will not come as a surprise to those of you who know me, but I am a terrible procrastinator. I have a knack for pulling things together right on time, but not without a fair amount of stress & at least one sleepless night leading up to an event. So here I sit, knowing that I need to head out to the studio to print some items for my sale tomorrow....yet, procrastinating while blogging. Doesn't that grab your interest a little? Aren't you wondering, "Can she pull it together? Will she have anything to sell tomorrow? Will it all be lame?" ....Well come find out. See what the 'ol B Hive can whip up in one evening. And, then chill-ax with me for a bit with a glass of vino. I really can't think of any thing better than that :)
Oh Geralyn, how I love your hats! Yes, I own too many already, but every time I see them I want more. I just know that you will feel this way too when you see these Big Woo Wear hats. They are all so lovely, and fit a girl's head just right. They never make my hair all smushy, and they keep a noggin nice and toasty during the winter. I can think of at least one friend off of the top of my head who is due for a new hat ....hint, hint (you've worn that grey one OUT!). Not only are these hats perfect for yourself, but they are also perfect holiday gift items.
I can't say enough about my friend Jen, and her Mimi Muse Designs. She has an eye for unique vintage art, and when you see her collages in person you will develop a new appreciation for her work. She makes everything beautiful. These little skating owls are a personal favorite of mine this holiday season. I was at dinner the other night, and I heard someone complimenting the host on her earrings. Lo & behold it was an Amy Olson design....so lovely, and delicate. Any time I wear my own Amy Olson necklace it is always noticed and complimented as well. Amy's pieces are swoon worthy. As a matter of fact I spied this beauty today, and had to take a closer look.
